Hazare sent a letter to this effect to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Friday.

The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday passed the Special Protection Group (Amendment) Bill, 2019. The Bill was passed through a voice vote. However, the Congress staged walkout from the House.
