A man breached top-grade security to ask for a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday.

He came in front of Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s convoy and said he wanted to meet Modi. He was taken away by security forces, an dhas been detained by the police.
