The incident was reported after Uttar Pradesh police entered the state limits with gangster Vikas Dubey. - Vikas Dubey, dreaded gangster, is being reported that he has been killed in an encounter after UP Special Task Force (STF) car carrying the gangster overturned while it was on way to Kanpur from Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain where he was arrested today. However, an official confirmation on his death is still awaited.
- It is being said that Vikas Dubey tried to escape and attempted to snatch police weapons when the encounter took place. Vikas Dubey was critical and rushed to a nearby hospital.
