Reports received here said a man, in his mid-50s and working as an aircraft maintenance engineer with IndiGo airlines in Chennai airport since 2006, died late last night after he tested positive for COVID. “We are extremely sorry and saddened by the demise of one of our beloved employees in Chennai due to infection of COVID-19 virus,” reports quoting an airline spokesperson said.
