Meanwhile, Punjab Health Minister BS Sidhu said, “Total number of Coronavirus cases in the state is 41. The states’ first COVID19 patient has now fully recovered. We are tracing and testing all connections of all positive patients.”
On Monday, a total of five COVID-19 positive cases were reported in Chandigarh.
Currently, 13 confirmed cases of coronavirus are in the city ou of which 12 are admitted to the GMCH and one to the PGIMER, Chandigarh.
On March 18, a 23-year-old woman, who had returned from London, tested coronavirus positive. This was the first COVID-19 case in Chandigarh.
